TICKETS

Can I buy tickets offline?

No, you will have to purchase tickets via our registration website.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?​

Yes, however it is subject to availability.

How will I receive my ticket?

You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket selection for the event. You will be required to present your confirmation email upon arrival for the Events Team to check you in.

Is my ticket transferrable? 

Yes, your ticket is transferrable, however you will need to email the ATA Events team so they can update the ticket registration and lanyard details. You cannot transfer the ticket to another Trucking Australia event. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Conference Registrations

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her/their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • Registrations cancelled 31 days or more before the start of the event are eligible for a 70% refund of the conference ticket fees paid.
  • Registrations cancelled fewer than 31 days before the start of the event are NOT eligible for a refund of the conference ticket fees paid.

Accommodation

Please note that each hotel has its own payment and cancellation policies. Kindly read them carefully before making your booking.

Cancellations must be made in writing directly with the venue, before the hotel’s cut-off date.

PAYMENT

Do I have to pay up front when I book online/can I receive an invoice?​

Yes, we require full payment upon purchasing a ticket. 

We offer the option to purchase tickets by invoice at the check-out stage of the registration process. However, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket selection, if payment is not received within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

What types of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. 

ATTENDANCE

Is there an age limit on who can attend?

While we do not enforce an age limit, due to the activities at our events we recommend attendees are at least 18 years old. 

What is the dress code for events?

Our preferred dress code for the conference sessions is smart casual.  Our evening social events are a chance to get out and get stylish. For the Gala Awards Dinner on the final night, the dress code is business suit/gala attire.
