speaker eoi

The ATA is seeking expressions of interest from people who would like to run sessions, be part of a panel or run a technical workshop at TMC 25.

The event program will focus on the industry’s safety, productivity, environmental impact, costs and careers.

EOIs will be subject to consideration by the TMC 25 program committee. Speakers and panellists will be responsible for their travel costs and accommodation.

We always get more session proposals than we can fit into the program. We’re more likely to accept session proposals that—

  • present new research, information or thoughts about key topics
  • involve session ideas that go beyond keynotes and panel discussions, including workshops that take advantage of the expanded space available at the Melbourne Showgrounds.

We’re less likely to accept session proposals that—

  • look like they’re a sales pitch for your business or product, rather than using your experience as background for a broader discussion
  • involve panels whose speakers are all the same gender.

Send your expression of interest to bill.mckinley@truck.net.au or tim.weir@truck.net.au by Friday 27 June 2025.
